Query Entity references

get https://neon-config-qa.spika.com/config/v1/{space}/entities/{lookupId}/references

Returns a list of:

all Entities which are referenced by this specified Entity, AS WELL AS
all Entities which are referencing this Entity.

Pagination is not supported and the order is not guaranteed.
